Rev. Arthur Samuel Jones

Jones, Departed this life August 17, 2010. Rev. Arthur S. Jones of Richmond. He is a former pastor of Third Street Bethel A. M. E. Church. He is survived by his wife, Erma Jones; two sons, Arthur L. and Joseph Jones; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Eula Thomas; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 12 noon at Third Street Bethel A. M. E. Church, 614 N. Third Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Herman Gladney(eulogy). Presiding Elder William A. Dyson Sr. off. Interment Roselawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45am Saturday.
