Brown, Departed this life September 4, 2010. Mrs. Helen Brown of Richmond; formerly of New York. She is preceded in death by her husband, James L. Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Yvonne Simon; one son, Everett Brown; three grandsons; Charles Isiah Simon, Craig Anthony Simon(Charlese) and Marquise Brown; two great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters-in-law, Wilma Alexander, Corrine Bennett, and Joyce Brown; two brothers- in-law, Warner Brown and David Brown and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM on Thursday and where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Rev. Rudolph Davis off. Interment Mt. Calvary. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday
