Harvey Maurice Hackett

Hackett, Departed this life September 8, 2010. Harvey M. Hackett Jr. of Richmond. He is survived by one sister, Helen H. Brown; four nieces; Gilda Hackett, Kelly B. Lemons, Terri Lyn Brown and a devoted Carolyn H. Morris, six nephews; James Sayed(Rosetta), Charles Jr, Clipper(Lisa), Marc, & Lewis(Sharema) Hackett and Kevin Brown(Renee), a host of great nieces and great nephews and cousins; one brother-in-law, Algenon Brown; and other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Mike Perini and the nursing staff in the Progressive Ward at Chippenham Hospital for their compassionate care and patience given to Harvey and also to the second floor staff of Envoy of Stratford Hill Nursing Home. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11AM. Rev. George N. West off. Interment Roselawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Saturday.
