Green, Departed this life September 29, 2010. Mrs. Helen Green of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one son, Reginald Dewitt Green. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Green; three daughters; Barbara Tabb, Mary Green and Gloria Carter; one son, Ernest Green; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; four sisters; Mary DeWitt, Janie Simon, Edna Mae Zimmerman and a devoted Maggie Smith; two brothers, Nathaniel and Ashbury Dewitt; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Carolyn Vaughan and Dorothy; one brother-in-law, Eddie Zimmerman and other relatives and friends among them, Brenda McLeod. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Monday 11AM at the House of Prayer Church for our Lord Jesus Christ, 4711 Steeple Lane where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.
