Huggins, Departed this life October 21, 2010. Ms. Sheryl D. Huggins of Richmond. She is survived by two daughters, Tikita Manning and Tarnesha Huggins; one son, Louis Huggins III; three grandchildren; her father and mother, Linwood and Julia Manning; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 4PM. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 3:45PM Friday.
