Evans, Departed this life October 25, 2010. Mrs. Mary Jane Evans of Richmond. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Evans Jr. She is survived by one daughter, Theresa Woody; one son, Wilbert Jones; seven grandchildren; Gregory, Gary & Gerald Woody, Amanda Montague, Tonya Lewis-Malone, Marquita Lewis and Jaimell Johnson; 22 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; one brother, Irvin Willis; a host of nieces among them two devoted, Ruth Ann Goode and Patricia Evans; nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Cynthia Jones; one sister-in-law, Sheila Willis and other relatives and friends, among them a god daughter, Joanne Bourdreaux. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10AM. Rev. Earl Brown off. Interment will be in Mebane, North Carolina. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 9:45AM Saturday
