Thomas, Departed this life November 8, 2010. McCoy Thomas of Richmond. He is suvived his wife, Queen Esther Thomas; two daughters, Shiann and Diane Thomas; four sons; McCoy Jr.(Teresa), Lloyd(Patricia), Ricky and Barry(Arlene) Thomas; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one sister, Celestine Lee; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; four sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday 12 noon at First Union Baptist Church, 3510 Dill Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Millard Boone(interim pastor) off. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Friday. The family wishes to thank the oncology nursing staff at Bon Secour Memorial Hospital and the Bon Secour Hospice Team.
