Viola Conner Thomas

Thomas, Departed this life November 28, 2010. Mrs. Viola Thomas of Richmond, formerly Skippers, Virginia. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Iola Thomas and one son, Robert Thomas. She is survived by her husband, Prince Thomas, five sisters; Mary F. Grant, Hattie R. Ford, Elsie Robertson, Alease Smith and Pecoria Dance; two brothers, Ronald Lee Conner and Johnnie Edward Conner; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sister-in-law, Catherine Williams and Lillie Mae Conner, five brothers-in-law; James Robertson, Andrew Dance Jr., and John, Lawrence & Lewis Thomas and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 1PM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Gary Cemetery in Skippers, Virginia. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Saturday.
