Departed this life December 1, 2017. Alan Bass, age 57, of Richmond. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife ,Elma Bass; two daughters, Althea and Alaina Bass; his mother, Jeanette Bass Williams; three sisters, Cheryl L. Harris(Col[Ret]Michael), Gina J. Bass & Stacy A. Bass; three brothers, Maj(ret)Michael T. Bass Sr.(Audrey), Rev. Mark W. Bass(Patsy) and Christopher J. Bass(Shenita); two aunts Audrey Ingram and Danielle Turner; two uncles, Edward Turner and James Turner; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; father and mother-in- law, Conrado and Cecilia Vistow; a sister-in -law, Arlina Fetalvo; a brother- in law, Joel Vistow and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 12 noon. Rev. Dr. Mark Wesley Bass off. Interment in Norfolk. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45PM Thursday.
