Departed this life December 7th, 2021. Mrs. Annie Harrison Thornton, age 84, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by two sons, Michael and Gregory Bell and one grandson, Rosaun Bell. She is survived by two sons ,Nelson Bell and Randall Thornton(Tawanda); three grandchildren, Randall Thornton Jr.(Alrica), Crystal Bell and Tiandra Thornton; four great grandchildren;  two sisters, Shirley Miller and Waddie Harrison; two brothers, Norflee Harrison(Mary) and Edward Harrison Sr.(Alma); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter- in- law, Gracie Bell; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Thornton can be viewed Thursday from 10AM to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday.
