Departed this life December 31st, 2022. Ms. Arlene B. Winston, of Richmond. She is survived by two sisters, Doris Shaw and Sandra W. Cox; one brother, William Winston; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Ms. Winston can be viewed Friday from 10AM to 8PM and where funeral services will be held 1:15PM Saturday. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 1PM Saturday.
