Arthur Willie Mills

Departed this life January 30, 2018. Arthur “Dick” Mills, age 68, of Richmond. He is survived by one son, William Mason(Rhonda); one granddaughter, Ziya Star Mason; seven sisters, Lucille Opie(Arthur), and Beverly, Angela, & Karen Mills, Belinda Cosby(Leroy), and Marlene & Carolyn Mills; two brothers, Barry(Patricia) and Garland Mills; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; a sister- in-law, Charmaine Mills; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 1PM. Rev. Earl Brown off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Monday.
