Departed this life December 2nd, 2022. Arthur Simms, age 71, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Simms; one sister, Betty Stiles; one brother, Lloyd Simms; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Ellen Tillman(Marvin) and Sybil Battle; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:30PM to 7:30PM at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.
