Watch Service Here Departed this life December 3, 2020. Mrs. Barbara Ann Keel, age 79, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one daughter Paulette Henley. She is survived by one daughter Paula Pitchford (Frank Sr.) and one son Kevin Keel(Latoya); seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three aunts Lelia Johnson, Carrie Mae Crook and a devoted Bertha Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister in law Dorothy Young; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 1PM. Interment private. The governor’s recommendations on attendance will apply. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Monday.
