Beatrice Carpenter

Departed this life April 12, 2018.  Mrs.  Beatrice Carpenter, age 77, of Richmond.  She is preceded in death by one grandson, Brandon Coe.  She is survived by one daughter, Vannetta Mickie;  two sons, Claude B.  Carpenter and Ahoto T.  “Harold” Mulazim;  five grandchildren;  eleven great grandchildren;  three sisters, Dorothy E.  Forbes, Shirley Marshall and Patricia Hopkins;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  and other relatives and friends among them a devoted Laverne Fields and Claurice & Otha Carpenter.   Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.  Funeral services will be held Friday 1PM at Second Baptist Church, 1400 Idlewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr.  James Harris(pastor) off.  Interment Riverview Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Friday.
