Bettie Smith Ampey

Departed this life July 27, 2020. Mrs. Bettie Smith Ampey, age 83, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Ampey Sr. and her son, Rudolph Ampey Jr. She is survived by four grandchildren, Jovan, Shovan, Rudolph and Emmanuel Ampey; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Joyce Loney; one brother, Irving Smith; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1PM. Interment Roselawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Wednesday.
