Departed this life February 25, 2018. Bobby Bailey, age 73, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Celestine Bailey, two daughters, Renee and Lisa Bailey; four grandchildren, Kayla Lyman, and Tyler, Jayden and Mason Bailey; one step sister, Carolyn Waller(Muhammad Shabazz); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister- in- law, Kim Williamson; three brothers- in-law, Gene, Arthur and Milton Barge; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 10AM. Rev. Michael Moore off. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 9:45AM Friday.
