Clyde Eldridge

Mr. Clyde Eldridge, age 88, of Richmond, departed this life on March 19, 2025. He is preceded in death by his wife, Berteen Eldridge; and one son, Vashon Eldridge Sr. He is survived by two daughters, Josette Jones and Cassaundra Staples; six grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two brothers- in- law, Russell Kearney (Deborah), and Ronald Kearney (Tracey); other relatives and friends, among them, Milton "Jack" Jeffers and Danny Mack Pittman. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mr. Eldridge can be viewed on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 11:00am to 6:00pm, and where funeral services will be held on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 10:00am. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 9:45am on Monday.
