Curtis Leroy Purvis

age 92, of Richmond, departed this life May 16, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary E. Purvis. He is survived by three daughters, Linda M. Purvis-Bacon, Angel L. Purvis and Patricia Smith; one son, Curtis T. Purvis; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; four sisters-in-law, Annie Jones, Vivian Lassiter, Cary Evans and Ella Edmonds; two brothers- in-law, Herbert Gary and Percy Smith; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
