Departed this life March 5, 2025. Ms. Deborah Denise Turner, age 61, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by two sons, Kelvin Turner Sr. and Lawrence Turner. She is survived by one son, Damein Turner; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four aunts, Marion Bey, Denise Jones, Virgie Richardson and Edith Turner; one uncle, Joseph Redwood; one sister, Marian Michelle Turner; three brothers, Michael Baker, Vincent Turner and Keith Turner; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends, among them, her devoted companion of 39 years, John Thomas "JT" Scott. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Ms. Turner can be viewed on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 10:00am to 8:00pm, and where funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 1:00pm. Rev. Almeta Ingram officiating. Interment private. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 12:45pm on Saturday.
