Elizabeth Johnson

Departed this life June 10, 2018.  Mrs.  Elizabeth “Sistee” Johnson, age 83, of Richmond.  She is preceded in death by her husband ,John Johnson and one daughter, Sharon Hicks.  She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Lewis;  one son, Michael Jones;  seven grandchildren;  sixteen great grandchildren;  a host of  great great grandchildren;  two sisters, Lilly Jenkins and Mary Reed;  one brother, Robert Reed;  one aunt, Mary Anderson;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  one son-in- law, William Hicks;  and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Thursday.  Funeral services will be held Friday 11AM at St.  John’s Baptist Church, 4317 North Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.  Dr.  Michael Felton(pastor).  Deacon Ron Brown  off.  Interment Mt.  Calvary Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Friday.
