Eugene Green

Departed this life November 9th, 2023. Eugene Green, age 91, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen Green; two sons, Ernest Green and Reginald Green. He is survived by three daughters, Barbara Tabb, Mary Green and Gloria Carter; nine grand children; 26 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters- in -law, Dorothy Dewitt, Edna Mae Zimmon and Mary Dewitt; one brother- in- law, Asberry Dewitt; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Green can be viewed Thursday from 10AM to 8PM.  Funeral services will be held Friday 1PM at the House of Prayer, 4711 Steeple Lane where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Bishop Wesley Taylor(pastor) off. Rev. Marvin Green(eulogy). Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Friday.
