Departed this life May 11, 2019. Ms. Eunice Carter, age 77, of New Kent. She is survived by two sisters, Thelma Braxton and Helen Lewis(Joseph Jr.); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 11AM. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45 AM Monday.
