Evelyn Louise Thomas

Departed this life May 19, 2018.  Mrs.  Evelyn Louise Thomas, age 98, of Richmond.  She is preceded in death by one son, Richard Thomas Jr.  She is survived by one son, William E.  Thomas;  four grandchildren;  six great grandchildren;  one great great grandchild;  one sister, Elizabeth Richardson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  and other relatives and friends.   Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.  Funeral services will be held Friday 11AM at First Union Baptist Church, 3510 Dill Road where remains will lie in state one  hour prior to funeral time.  Rev.  Alvin Armstead(pastor) off.  Interment Riverview Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Friday.
