Florence Jones Kenney

Departed this life April 23, 2018.  Mrs.  Florence Kenney, age 81, of Richmond.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kenney.   She is survived by two daughters, Myra Brown(Dennis) and Marlene Gooding(Lamont);  four grandchildren;  six great grandchildren;  two sisters, Edmonia Smith and Mary Houchens;  one brother, Wyatt Jones Jr.;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  one sister-in-law, Barbara Bolling;  and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.  Funeral services will be held Monday 11AM at Pilgrim Journey Baptist, 7204 Bethlehem Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.  Dr.  Angelo Chatman(pastor).  Rev.  Lamont Gooding off.  Interment Roselawn Memory Gardens.  Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Monday.
