Floyd Sylvester Phipps Jr.

Floyd S. Phipps Jr. departed this life September 18, 2023. He is survived by two sisters, Joyce Phipps Jordan(Clint) and Michelle Phipps; two brothers, John Phipps(Sabrina) and Joseph Phipps; two aunts, Yvonne Sims(Charles) and Elizabeth Phipps; several nieces and nephews, Jhermaine Harley, Deion Phipps, Chadwick Phipps, Sierra Phipps, Shari Phipps, Kai Phipps, Kendal Phipps, Danette Cunningham(Leslie) and April Brown(Patrick) and cousins. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland avenue where Mr. Phipps can be viewed all day Friday September 29 and where funeral services will be held 1PM Saturday September 30. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:30PM Saturday.
