He is survived by his father and mother, Franklin D. Tarpley Sr and Carolyn Tarpley; three sisters, Teresa L. Olson(Don), Debra A. Tarpley(Charles) and Linda Williams(Ron); a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends.
