Fred Xavier Clark III

Departed this life on March 5th, 2023. Fred Xavier Clark III, age 52, of Richmond, VA., retired from the US Navy. He is survived by three children: Shannel Clift(James), Karis Randall(Richard), and Xavier Clark, six grandchildren; his mother Margie Williams Watkins(Richard); two sisters, Marcy E. Williams and Patricia Clark. A huge host of aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, host of cousins; neighbors, friends, and his US Navy brotherhood. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Clark can be viewed Sunday, March 26th, 2023 from 11 AM to 6 PM. Interment at a later date will take place at Arlington National Cemetary. In lieu of flowers, the family invites your help and partnership in providing funeral services.
