Departed this life May 14th, 2021. Mrs. Gladys V. Crump, age 99, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tom Crump, one son, John Crump and one granddaughter, Demesha Eaves. She is survived by three daughters, Gladys Nelson, Edith Harris and Nancy Stallings; four sons, James Mitchell(Virginia), and Thomas(Frances), Robert(Estelle) & Andrew(Kimberly) Crump; eighteen grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Crump can be viewed Thursday between 10 and 8PM. and where funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM. Rev. Langston Whitehead Jr. off. Interment Maury Cemetery. The governor’s guidance on social distancing will be applied. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Friday.
