Gloria Laverne Lawson Burrell

Departed this life December 3, 2017. Mrs. Gloria Lawson Burrell, age 69, of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Tamela Burrell Price(Anton Sr); one son, Preston Isaac Simms Jr; one grandson, Anton Price Jr.; two sisters, Virginia Lawson-Cameron(George) and Barbara Lawson Arvin; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday 12PM at Second Baptist Church, 1400 Idlewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. James Harris(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Friday.
