Departed this life February 18th, 2024. Herbert A. Burrell Jr., age 66, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Felecia Burrell; three daughters, Chanda Graham-Watkins(Terrence), Amanda Burrell and Karese M. Burrell; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; two sisters, Carolyn Jones and Valerie Muhammad; one aunt, Bernice Burrell; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one brother- in- law, Larry Robinson and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Burrell can be viewed Sunday from 11AM to 6PM. Funeral services will be held 11AM at Third Street Bethel AME where Mr. Burrell will lie in state one hour prior funeral service. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
