James Bibbs

Departed this life August 11, 2018.  James Bibbs Sr., age 73, of Richmond.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Sonora Bibbs.  He is survived by two daughters, Sholonda and Kelley Bibbs;  one son, James Bibbs Jr.;  four grandchildren;  Jordyn Bibbs, Xavier Render, Juwan Curtis; and Ayden Bibbs;  one brother, Lawrence Bibbs Jr.(Natividad);  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  sisters- in-law, Mary Bibbs and Dr.  Yvonne Bibbs;  and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.  Funeral services will be held Friday 11AM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W.  Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral service.  Rev.  Earl Brown(pastor) off.  Interment Mt.  Calvary Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Friday.
