James Edward Forbes Sr.

Departed this life January 15th, 2021. James Forbes Sr., age 73, of Richmond. He is survived by one son, James Forbes Jr.; five grandchildren, Lavell Thomas, Jiiochi Forbes, Diamond Bell, Janard Jackson and a devoted Jamesha Thomas; seven great grandchildren; three sisters, Jacqueline King, Patricia Branch and a devoted Cheryl Winston(Walter); two brothers, Tyrone Forbes(Mary) and James Tiller(Rosalyn); one aunt, Isabelle Tillman; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Forbes can be viewed Wednesday from 10 to 8PM. Graveside services will be held at Riverview Cemetery Thursday at 12 noon. Family and friends assemble at the cemetery 11:45AM Thursday.
