Departed this life November 17, 2017. John E. Taylor Jr., age 86, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by a daughter and son, Brenda and Johnnie Webb. He is survived by two daughters, Delphenia Rooks(Phillip) and Deborah Taylor; two sons, John E. Taylor III(Robin) and James Webb; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; four sisters,  Shirley Hayes, Margaret Bailey(Allen), Gloria Carmichael, and Barbara Phillips(Moses); one brother, Charles Taylor(Doris); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Deanna Taylor and other relatives and friends among them a devoted companion, Irene Hansboro. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM. Rev. Jaimal Hayes off. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Friday.
