Departed this life Nov. 30, 2018. Joseph Jasper, age 83, of Richmond. He is survived by one sister, Olga Johnson; one nephew, William Russell Johnson; a host of cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Graveside services will be held at Riverview Cemetery, Thursday at 1PM. Family and friends assemble at the cemetery 12:45PM Thursday.
