Joyce Claudette Vaughan

Departed this life September 28, 2018.  Ms.  Joyce Claudette Vaughan, age 61, of Richmond.  She is survived by a devoted sister, Dr.  Marilynn B.  Vaughan;  two brothers, Merlin(Laura) and Michael Vaughan;  three uncles, Archer Lee, Anthony(Gwenevere) and Kenneth W.  Taylor Sr.;  two nieces, Cristina and Jessica Vaughan;  two nephews, Daniel and Austin Vaughan;  a host of cousins;  and other relatives and friends.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30PM at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.  Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Friday at Second Baptist Church, 3400 Broad Rock Blvd.  where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.  Rev.  Ralph Hodge (pastor) off.  Interment Maury Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Friday.
