Kevin Boyd

Departed this life October 24th, 2018.  Kevin Boyd, age 47, of Richmond, formerly of High Point, North Carolina.  He is preceded in death by a step daughter, Taylor Crenshaw.   He is survived by his wife, Felicia Boyd;  five children, Marcus Pendleton, Khaliah Boyd, Kimora Boyd, Sumaayah Stone and Jasmine Lewis;  one step grandchild, Madison Crenshaw;  father and mother, Rev  Reuben and Sonja Boyd;   one sister, Kristin Boyd;  seven aunts;  three uncles;  a host of cousins;  mother-in-law, Laverne Hamlin;  brother-in- law, Leon Hamlin Jr. and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.  Funeral services will be held Monday 11:30 at Third Street Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, 614 N.  Third Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.  Rev.  Reuben Boyd Jr(pastor).  Rev.  Deborah L.  Smith eulogy.  Interment Riverview Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the church 11:15am Monday.
