Departed this life August 29, 2019. Ms. Lacontess Howard, age 72, of Richmond. She is survived by a brother, James Howard and a devoted friend, Bernice Brooks-Clayton. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Wednesday 3:30PM. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 3:15PM Wednesday.
