Leon Sykes Sr.

Departed this life May 23, 2019.  Leon Sykes Sr., age 70, of Richmond.  He is survived by his wife, Elsie Sykes;  two daughters, Tarsha L.  Hobbs and Shelfunda S.  Williams;  three sons, Antonio Alston, Leon Sykes Jr.(Carmen) and Trevor L.  Sykes(Charise);  sixteen grandchildren among them a devoted Jeziyuh Sykes;  three great-grandchildren;  three sisters, Elizabeth Malone, Thelma Brown(Eddie) and Sylvia Tann(Stanley);  one brother, Claude Sykes;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  one sister- in- law, Cynthia L.  Brown(Wilton);  and other relatives and friends among them three devoted, Theodore Booth, Derk Jones and James Lofton.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday.  Interment Riverview Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Thursday.
