Margaret A. Carter

Margaret was born May 25, 1927, in Richmond, VA. She went to meet her heavenly father on July 11, 2024. The following loved ones predeceased her; Husband, Thomas Carter, Sr.; Son, Thomas Carter Jr.; Daughter, Brenna K. Thompson; Sister, Ollie B. Rutherford. Margaret was a giving and loving person; however, if you asked her for an opinion, she certainly would give it to you. A loving grandmother, great-grandmother, an OES sister, and a friend, has gone on to be with the Lord. Those left to rejoice in her fond memories and to remember her "good" cooking, are two devoted grandsons, Thomas N. Brooks of Richmond, VA, and Eric W. Thompson of Oxon Hill, Maryland; one son-in-law, Rev. Wayne C. Thompson of Oxon Hill, Maryland; three grandchildren; Carmille and Caden Thompson, Thomas Brooks, Jr.; seven godchildren; one very devoted - Lillia Mae Foster; Beverly Brown-Payne, Emily Feirman, Michael Richardson, Marcus Clark, James (Jimmy) Davis, Ronnie W. Hunt, Jr.; the Lewis family other relatives and friends.
