Departed this life March 30th, 2021. Mrs. Mary Richardson, age 83, of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Christina Branch; one son, Charles Richardson Jr.; three grandchildren, Ashiki Branch, Christopher Branch and Christin Cain; one sister, Lelia M. Baxter(Justin); one brother, John Lassiter(Lois); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sister- in- law, Tallulah Lassiter; and other relatives and friends.  Mrs. Richardson had a passion for teaching Sunday school and children about God.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Richardson can be viewed Wednesday from 10 to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11AM. Rev. Silas Oliver Jr. off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Thursday. The governor’s recommendation on social distancing will be adhered to.
