Orine L. Jones

Transistioned September 12th, 2021. Mrs. Orine L. Jones, age 82, of Chester. She is preceded in death by her husband,  Calvin Jones Sr. She is survived by two daughters, Darlene Jones and Loretta Jones; one son, Calvin Jones Jr.(Kanika); six grandchildren; two sisters, Rosetta Brown and Nannie Brown; four brothers, Joe, George(Dottie), Melvin (Virginia)and James(Judy) Lyttle;  one aunt, Helen Tanner(Charles); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters- in- law,  Dorothy Clarke(Richard), Rebia Spearman and Alice Jo Jones(Flourine) and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 10AM at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 800 Augusta Avenue in Petersburg, Virginia where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Interment private.  Family and friends assemble at the church 9:45AM Saturday.
