Departed this life September 19th, 2023. Mrs. Peggy Ann Tiller, age 80, of Richmond. She is survived by one sister, Louise Rogers; one brother, Charles Williams(Lois); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law Jodi Williams; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6PM to 7PM at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.
