Rev. Larry M. Kemp

Departed this life June 29, 2018. Rev. Larry M. Kemp, age 74, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gayel Kemp. He is survived by two sons, LaRhon Kemp and Atif McFarland(Tiesha); eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three sisters, Lelia K. Hunter, Annette K. Carter, and Adene M. Cross(Robert); two brothers, Robert S.(Michelle) and Richmon A.(Miriam) Kemp; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. The family will receive friends Monday 11AM at Third Street Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, 614 N. Third Street followed by funeral services at 12 noon. Rev. Reuben J. Boyd(pastor) off. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Third Street Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Monday.
