Departed this life October 9th, 2021. Richard Carter age 74, of Midlothian. He is survived by his wife, Branklin Carter; two daughters, Tanarra James(Michael) and Tajuana Mason; one son, Richard Carter Jr.(Kai); eight grandchildren; one sister, Virginia Carter; one brother, Elias Wilson Sr.; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; five sisters- in-law; six brothers- in- law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Carter can be viewed Thursday October 21st from 10AM to 8PM. Funeral services private.
