Rita Williams

Departed this life April 18, 2018.  Mrs.  Rita Williams, age 66, of Richmond.  She was worthy matron of Elizabeth Harris Chapter, No.  86, O.E.S.  She is preceded in death by a daughter, Andrea M.  Taylor.  She is survived by one daughter, Tiffany D. Overton(Jeffrey);  four grandchildren, Breon Overton and TaeQuajah, Teenisha & T’Neil Daughtery;  four great grandchildren, Mekhi, Ta’Niyah, Bailee and McKenzie;  two sisters, Kim and Sharon Whittaker;  one brother, Alpfonzo Taylor(Latoy);  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Wednesday.  Funeral services will be held Thursday 1PM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W.  Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.  Rev.  Earl Brown(pastor) off.  Interment Riverview Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Thursday.
