Robert Lee Payne

The Lord called home Robert Lee “Bobby/Hippy” Payne, age 69, of Richmond on January 15, 2021. He is survived by one son, Gerald Morrison(Rolonda); three grandchildren, Germari Morrison, and Arnesha & Zyaisa Archer; one sister ,Denise Mcneil; one brother ,Rodney Payne; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Angel Group Home for the wonderful care that they gave to Robert and his family. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Payne can be viewed Thursday from 10:30 to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Rev. Tracy Clark off. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday. The governor’s recommendation on social distancing will be applied.
