Rosa Mae Carter

Mrs. Rosa Mae Carter, age 78, of Richmond, departed this life on February 18, 2025. She is survived by two nieces, Marcella S. Dandridge and Tanya Smith: a host of cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mrs. Carter can be viewed on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 10:00am-8:00pm. A Graveside service will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetary on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 1:00pm. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery at 12:45pm on Friday.
