Ruby Crosland

Ruby Crosland entered eternal rest on Monday 5/20/19 in the comfort of Parham Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond Virginia. She was born in New York City 10/29/1929 through the bonds of Lillie Mae Allen and John Boyd.   Ruby loved the Lord and accepted Jesus Christ at an early age. She was educated in the NYC public school systems in Harlem NY.   Ruby worked at various retail clothing stores in Manhattan and later married Jasper Crosland but wasn't blessed with any children She later divorced and then became a devoted caretaker to her mother and moved from New York to Richmond Virginia.   Ruby leaves to cherish her precious memory to one sister, Lillie Evans; one brother-in-law, Marion Evans; 3 nieces, Renee Hill, Lana Smith, Irene Jackson; 2 nephews, George Muckle Jr ll, Keith Muckle; and great-nieces and nephews; several cousins and other relatives and friends.
