Departed this life July 1, 2018. Mrs. Tabitha L. Briggs of Richmond. She is survived by two daughters, Jamison Rice and Jazmine Melton; one son, Jeffery Rice III; Father, Robert T.Y. Briggs Sr. and Mother, Priscilla A. Briggs; sister, Dana Y. Briggs and brother, Robert T.Y. Briggs Jr.; paternal grandfather, Perry L. Briggs Sr.; two aunts; five uncles; nephew, Brandon C. Briggs; several cousins among them devoted Christal D. Bacon and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland where the family will recive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 Friday and where funeral services will be held 11AM Saturday  Rev.  Robin Mines off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Saturday.
